- No advertising, no selling of data and no cookies. Analytics only if you allow it.
- Enquiries are deleted after 30 days unless you become a client.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

Who we are
Kerry Web Services is a business name registered with the Companies Registration Office, run by a sole trader in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us about it at info@kerrywebservices.ie or WhatsApp 087 252 2511 (messages only) , opens WhatsApp .
What we collect and why
Your enquiry
- What
- What you send through the contact form (name, email, message, and your phone, business and services if you add them), by email or on WhatsApp.
- Why and legal basis
- To reply and prepare a quote: steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)). Name, email and message are needed to reply; the rest is optional.
- Kept for
- 30 days after our last message about your enquiry, unless you become a client. We delete it by hand.
Running the website securely
- What
- Your IP address, browser and the pages you request, as with any website. When you send the form, your IP address is also checked briefly to stop spam and repeated submissions; it is not stored with your enquiry.
- Why and legal basis
- Keeping the website working and secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Kept for
- Briefly, under our hosting provider’s own log retention.
Working with us
- What and why
- Contact and billing details, project emails and invoices, to deliver the work (Art. 6(1)(b)) and keep the accounts the law requires (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Kept for
- six years from the end of the accounting period they relate to, as Irish tax law requires.
Who processes it for us
We never sell personal data. These providers handle it on our behalf, under their data processing terms:
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website, processes the contact form and provides the optional analytics. Data may be processed in the United States, covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy notice
- EmailJS Pte. Ltd. delivers contact form messages to our mailbox. It may keep a copy in its delivery history for up to 30 days. Its servers are in the United States, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy policy
- Titan (Titan Solution Ltd SEZC) runs our mailbox, which stores the messages we receive and send. Data may be processed outside the EEA, including the United States, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy policy
- WhatsApp carries any messages you send us there, under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
We may also share data where the law requires it, for example with Revenue.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a portable copy, and you can withdraw your analytics consent at any time. Email or message us; it is free, and we reply within one month (up to two more months for complex requests, and we will tell you why). We may need to confirm your identity first. We do not make automated decisions about you.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, dataprotection.ie) or to the supervisory authority where you live or work in the EU.
We update this page when our practices change and change the date below. If we add any new kind of analytics or tracking, it stays off until you agree.
