2. What data we collect
We collect data in two ways: through our contact form and through third-party analytics tools.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
This data is stored securely in a database provided by Supabase (see section 4) and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Analytics
We use third-party analytics tools that collect anonymised or pseudonymised data about how visitors use this site. No analytics tool we use collects personally identifiable information. See section 3 for full details.
3. Third-party analytics
We use the following tools to understand how people find and use this website. None of these tools are used for advertising or remarketing purposes.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about website traffic, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location (country/city level). Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors. We have enabled IP anonymisation, meaning your full IP address is never stored.
Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC, which may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google Search Console
Google Search Console is a webmaster tool used to monitor this website's performance in Google Search results. It processes aggregated data about search queries and does not identify individual users. It is not used to track visitors on this website.
Vercel Analytics
This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Analytics collects anonymised performance and traffic data, including page views and Web Vitals metrics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies or fingerprinting to track individual users. For more information, see Vercel's Privacy Policy.
4. Contact form data — how it is handled
Storage
Submissions are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase, Inc., a US-based company operating under standard contractual clauses compliant with GDPR. Data is stored in encrypted form and access is restricted to Kerry Web Services only. For more information, see Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Email notifications
When you submit the contact form, the following automated emails are sent:
- A one-time verification code (OTP) is sent to your email address to confirm your identity before your message is processed.
- A confirmation email is sent to you acknowledging receipt of your enquiry and advising that we will be in touch.
- A notification email is sent to Kerry Web Services at info@kerrywebservices.ie containing your name, email address and message.
These emails are transactional in nature. By submitting the form you are not added to any mailing list and will not receive unsolicited marketing communications.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our database for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted. If you would like your data deleted sooner, please contact us at info@kerrywebservices.ie.
5. Cookies
This website uses cookies only through Google Analytics, as described in section 3. These are analytics cookies used solely to measure website performance. We do not use advertising, tracking, or social media cookies.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use this website.
6. Legal basis for processing
- Contact form data — processed on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Analytics data — processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used and improving its performance. Where cookies are involved (Google Analytics), we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via your browser settings.

- The right to access data we hold about you
